A CRISP & WARM SUNNY MANILVA ON WEDNESDAY;

WEDNESDAY 22nd/ MARCH 2017.

We were up very early this morning and shot down to the surgery in the car as Brenda had her appointment with our Doctor, Natalia, before the surgery opened, she was going to give her a local Anesthetic in her knee and drain the retained fluid, after checking she decided that it was not necessary as the medication & pain killers had worked, it was a lot better, so she is back on Friday morning for a check-up/ review, RESULT!

The Hospital has just called to confirm my date for my Prostrate operation, its next Tuesday the 28th - I've to report to the ' A & E ' Department at 7-00 am!! RESULT.

PS; Mano is arranging to take me across to the Hospital!

Daniela called to say that her foot was still sore, she was taking another day off, so no ‘Reina’ again today, hopefully she will be back with us tomorrow, it’s very strange not having her with us in  ‘ Doggy World Heaven ‘ We had a treat of ‘ Sausages Butties ‘ for breakfast when we returned, Brenda is pottering around the house catching up with all the chores, I’m up in the office on the WWW.

The sun was out early this morning and sky is clear, the wind has dropped to a light breeze, in the sunshine its warm and in the shade its cooler, there is still the threat of the wet stuff, as forecast, later, over the next couple of days its staying the same but Saturday & Sunday could be damp & cold, next week is starting to looks more settled, watch this space.

See the picture below of the sunset over Liverpool yesterday evening before a storm hit it later!

Yesterday there was a sighting of the ‘ Moffatts’ who are still up in Mojacar, their daughter Jo & her friend Dario had come down from Madrid for the weekend, Tim & Thea showed them around the area, which they love, see them below, looking very well and enjoying life!

Just a reminder of Colwyn Bay and the promenade taken yesterday as the ' White Horse' waves crashed in, the other picture shows a man walking his dog, to remind Tim of ‘ Jasper’! Their house is behind the council estate on the right of the picture.

I have just come back from our local butchers with some of his excellent ‘Fillet of Breast of Chicken’ for this evenings supper, we are having it ‘ Pan- Seared’ with sliced Green Beans and sautéed, thick-cut slices of Baked Potato, with my famous Tomato Salsa on the side. Tomorrow evening we have found, for Brenda, one of her favourites ‘ A Confit Leg of Duck ‘

After supper last night we channel hopped and watched various programmes before finding a ‘Bruce Wills’ film to watch. This evening it’s ‘Live Football’ as Germany welcome England in a friendly international.

Thoughts for the Day;  See above.
