We were greeted by the staff as we arrived and sat in the patio area to order, two glasses of chilled 'Cava' arrived, we ordered to start the ' Scallops resting on Curried Lentils to share, followed by the Roast Rib of Beef " for two persons - ' Med-Rare' with Yorkshire Pudding & Goose Fat Roast Potatoes with 'Jus Roti' It came as you can see below, carved off the bone, with Roast Parsnips, Puree of Carrots, Cauliflower Florets with Mornay Sauce & Fine Green Beans,
The starter was delicious and the ' Roast Rib of Beef ' was cooked to perfection, the Yorkshire
Pudding was very tasty and the Goose Fat Roast Potatoes were perfect, all the vegetables passed the ' Vegetable Chef's ' inspection, Brenda had a glass of the ' House Rueda ' to start and then the House Rioja' with her Beef.
Its expensive but everything was spot on, the service was top class and the surroundings are spectacular. We shall return !!
