WEDNESDAY 10th / MAY 2017.
I was up to see ‘ Reina’ back with us for
the day, she shot into her duvet and we sorted ourselves out and got the day on
the go, after a quick, light, breakfast of toast & tea I prepared and then
made our supper for this evening “ Beef & Mushroom Curry “
The diced Beef is tossed in seasoned &
curry floured flour and then browned off, at the same time I make the curry
sauce, with diced Onions & Fuji Apple, Pineapple & Baby Mushrooms, various
powders & paste, Lime Juice, some secret ingredients and finally Desiccated
Coconut, the Beef is then added to the sauce along with a strong Beef &
Vegetable stock and left to cook-off under the very able ‘eyes’ of the ‘
Second/Vegetable Chef ‘!
At the moment the forecast rain storm has
not hit us, yet, it’s grey & overcast and overnight the wind got up, it’s
still warm, 23 degs, tomorrow will be a little cooler, with the wet stuff
staying around on Friday also, then on Saturday it’s due to clear, the sun will
be out and over the weekend and into next week we will be back to normal, warm
& sunny, 25/26 degs & rising, watch this space.

BBC TV ‘ bonanza! – ‘ Pointless & Eggheads, Great British Menu, Bake Off:
Creme de la Creme, Second Chance Summer: Tuscany and finally Later Live – with Jools
Hooland ‘ featuring the old art rockers “ 10 cc “ with Graham Gouldman, proving
that ‘ old rockers ‘ can still ‘ ROCK’ and the usual eclectic mix of music.
