Just a
little lie in for the ‘Birthday Boy ‘before a nice relaxing shave/shower after
a light breakfast before getting ready to go out for lunch up to “ Venta Garcia
” to celebrate, just Brenda and I, we are looking forward to the second part of
my birthday celebrations before Friday’s final part!
We had a 'Helluva' lunch - early cocktails before we left and very nice G & T and B & C when we arrived;Brenda had the most gorgeous 'Mango,Advacado,Smoked Salmon and Bacon 'House salad' and I had my usual 'House Chicken Croquettes and Frits' to start.Brenda had a very succulent 'Grilled Fillet of Sea Bass' and I had a large 'T-Bone steak with Bearnaise sauce and Frits' !! A fine bottle of 'Cava Rosado' with Strawberry garnish went down very well.

lots of messages on Facebook from family and friends all over the world( Kuala Lumpur!) and new
found friends here in sunny Manilva,the good old fashioned cards have all arrived
also and even a special ‘Jacquie Lawson’ singing card with dogs and cats from
Gillian over in Torquay!
Jack & Lyn have just called on the Skype video from Melbourne,we had a nice chat after sorting out the sound! Thanks and love to all the family over in Australia.We also had a nice phone call from Lilli over in Pori and now some E-Mails from Kelvin in North Wales and Terry over in France!

of the day is the Den & Josie “Champion” production which you can see
below, thanks to Den back in Skelton and Josie over in Ireland visiting her
grandchildren for one of their birthdays, yesterday it was a local Spanish
friends 40th birthday and then last Saturday Lee’s ‘Reina’s’ dad! So
September is a good month!!

Finally we bumped into Mano,Anna and Sally Ann sat outside 'Bar Las Vinas' and had a good catch up and gossip with of course a nice cool drink before we staggered up the road to home!!
