A WARM & VERY SUNNY MANILVA ON SATURDAY;

SATURDAY 28^th MAY 2016.

Just a little lie in this morning and after quick piece of toast & cup of tea I set off down to Studio 1 in ‘Castillo de la Duquesa’ for my ‘live’ show on ‘ Castle Radio FM 89.2 & Online on the WWW’ – the new FM Band is still on test so the ‘castleradiofm.com’ is the way to listen at the moment; during the show at the start of the second part my Co-Producer – ‘ Lady’ Brenda rang into the studio to let us know that the station had gone off-line, it was not showing on the station broadcast monitors so Andrew had to do some very quick repairs to the system, another great programme with the dedication and requests as well as all my ‘classic’ tracks; same place, same time next week!

Its still very warm down here on the ‘ Costa del Sol’ unlike the rest of Spain which is cold, damp and windy, we have a nice refreshing breeze and the temperature by lunch time is 24/36 degs; the rest of the weekend is getting a little warmer and next week is now set to be fine, hot and sunny. See below the ' Royal Liver Building' in Liverpool yesterday.

On the sports front this weekend its the classic ‘Grand Prix of Monaco’ tomorrow and this evening its the ‘ Champions League Final’ in Milan at the ‘San Siro’ Stadium ( home to both of the Milan teams ) -  Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid are back, two years ago Real Madrid won,watch this space.

This evenings supper is ‘ Grilled Entrecote Steak’ garnished with Button Mushrooms, cooked ‘ Med-Rare’ and then left to rest before slicing it ‘ French’ style, whole Green Beans & twice-cooked ‘ Frits’ on the side, the classic ‘Bearnaise’ sauce served in a sauceboat; tomorrow morning I’m making my famous ‘Russian Salad’ for the first time this year, we have ordered a Chicken from the ‘ Rottisserie’ in Calle Mar which I will collect after watching the ‘ Corpus Christi’ parade earlier in the morning.

This evening as well as watching the football we are going to try and catch the final over on ITV of ‘ Britain’s Got Talent’ which we have not scene before; this afternoon we are going to try and have our  ‘ Happy Hour’ up on the roof patio in the sky! Watch this space.
