A VERY WARM & SUNNY MANILVA ON THURSDAY;

THURSDAY 26^th MAY 2016.

I  saw ‘ Reina’ back with us for the day and after we had freshened up ( Brenda & Malcolm! ) we had our breakfast of ‘ Smoked Bacon Butties’ with mugs of steaming tea; we then did the shopping list for tomorrow morning, its just me again as we could not get an appointment at the solicitors, we will try again next week, this afternoon we are going down to Sabinillas as Brenda has her second appointment at the ‘ Physiotherapist’ for more treatment/massage on her feet, then in the evening before supper ‘ Mario Jnr.’ is coming around for another ‘English’ conversation practise. At the moment we are waiting to hear from Norah over in Runcorn to say that the folks have arrived safely – watch this space.

PS; They have just arrived safe & sound but a little tired after a very good flight,they re-fuelled at Abu Dhabi, they did get lost coming out of Manchester Airport but once they got the ' Sat-Nav' working they were fine, they are now showered and rearing to go! 

Its already warm & sunny with a rather pleasant breeze and the forecast for later is that its going to be hotter, over the next few days into next week we are keeping fine & sunny down here on the ‘ Costa Del Sol’ but the rest of Spain especially in the North is due to be hit by another Atlantic’ storm with rain and winds, also it will be a lot cooler for them. Last night Lee did some update work on the ‘PC’ connected to our large screen TV to sort out the ‘ Adblock’ system on the various systems that we use to watch the ‘UK –TV’ and sports channels; he then helped me install all the new ‘Studio 4’ equipment and test the systems, the ‘Mixer Deck’ with headphones is now in use and the ‘Hi-Fidelity Microphone’ and stand are connected, finally all the electrics are sorted and the ‘ On-Air’ sign is working!  See below ' Studio 4 ' this morning !

All I need now is for Andrew to come and install all the station systems including the adverts, station pro-mo’s, music library, online connection, pre-programme play lists etc. Watch this space.
