A CRISP, WARM & SUNNY MANILVA ON TUESDAY.

TUESDAY 7th/ NOVEMBER 2017.

Sorry the ‘Blog’ is being published late today as I’ve been offline with technical problems, now
resolved!

We were both up early this morning to welcome back ‘Reina’ for the day, she shot into her duvet, as usual, after a quick freshen up and our toast & tea we shot off down to Sabinillas on our travels, Brenda went along to the ‘English Bookshop’ for all the family & friends ‘Xmas’ cards and I went down to the main ‘Council’ offices, were Maria, from the ‘Foreign Residents Department’ helped me fill in the documents to arrange the transfer, down to the main Medical Centre, to re-join our Doctor, Natalia.

After collecting Brenda we shot back up to the village and called into the local surgery and handed in the documents, watch this space.

It’s another beautiful day down here on the ‘ Costa Del Sol ‘ – the sun was out early and the sky has cleared, there is a slight breeze making it ‘ crisp’ on the shady side of the street but warm & sunny on the other! By lunchtime it was 20/21 degs, the rest of the week and over the weekend is staying the same, possibly a little warmer on Sunday, still cooler at night, the ‘ Duvet ‘ helps! Watch this space.

As you can see below " The Fall " has arrived in Everett, Ontario, Canada,  outside Sandra's window! The snow will not be far behind ' Brr ' !!

For out supper this evening we are having ‘Pan-Seared Calves Liver’ dusted in seasoned flour, with Grilled ‘English Pork Sausages & Smoked Back Bacon’ accompanied with a rich Onion, Shallot & Button Mushroom Pan Gravy, the ‘ Vegetable Chef’ has prepared Cabbage with Acelgas, Glazed Carrot Batons, Whole Green Beans and the rest of the classic ‘Boulangere’ Potatoes.

Yesterday we had a ‘ Quiz ‘ afternoon/early evening as we caught ‘ Countdown, Pointless, Eggheads & University Challenge’ – then later over on ‘Channel 5’ – “ Chris Tarrant’s Extreme Railway Journeys “ as he travelled across Morocco.

Thoughts for the Day;  See above.
