THURSDAY 6th/ APRIL 2017.
Brenda did the meeting & greeting this
morning as ‘Reina’ arrived back with us for the day, it gave me the chance for
another little lie in so get my shoulder back to normal, the ointment and pills
area working, we then had our regular breakfast of tea & toast. Mano called
in and we went back to the Town Hall to finish off the document check, all’s
well, we are up to date and have all the correct documents.
This morning the sun broke through the cloud
base and there is just a little breeze, the sky has cleared and it’s due to
reach 18/19degs, over the weekend it’s going to be a little warmer, the same up
in Mojacar, then next week ‘ Semana Santa ‘ is looking fine, dry & sunny,
getting warmer as the week goes on, hopefully it will stay like this for the final
‘ Easter Sunday’ procession, watch this space.
Just some sports updates after the mid-week
games; Barcelona & Real Madrid both won so there is no change at the top of
the ‘ La Liga’ – over in the ‘ Premiere League’ Chelsea beat Manchester City
2-1 and Liverpool gave away a 2-1 lead to draw with Bournemouth 2-2. This
afternoon we will be watching the first day’s racing of the‘ National Hunt
Racing ‘ from the ‘Grand National ‘ meeting at Aintree.
For our supper this evening we are having ‘
Grilled Chicken Wings ‘ with finely sliced Green Beans and Baked Potatoes, on
Friday evening it will be ‘ Fish’ supper before we head up to Mojacar to join
Tim & Thea for a ‘ Gourmet ‘ weekend extravaganza! Watch this space, on

After supper we will channel hop to find
something to watch.
