MONDAY 18th/
AUGUST 2014.
First thing
this morning little princess ‘Reina’ was dropped off for the day; she is no
problem and has settled into our routine very well, I then went back up to bed
and we all promptly fell fast asleep and had a good lie in!
She is now
eating some proper dog food after trying Scruff’s’ last week, so this morning
she had some for her breakfast!
She is back
on Thursday this week but ‘Scruffy’ is not here until Saturday evening/Sunday
morning as Adrian & Rose are on holiday this week. We have just come back
from a short walk with ‘Chispa’ as she came calling just as we were leaving. We
went to the local bank in Calle Mar again as yesterday when I went for some
cash the machine was not working which meant that I had to get our lunch with
Kathrin on ‘account’ with Lumy! Still no joy this morning so I will have to go
down to Sabinillas on Tuesday morning if it’s still not working.
The weather
today is getting very hot and sunny already and the forecast for the rest of
the week and over the weekend is for more of the same and hotter. We have no
plans for the rest of the week so we are taking things very easy just drinking,
eating, reading, watching TV, relaxing, sleeping and generally doing nothing!
That’s enough ‘ings’ for now!
This
evening we are out for supper around at the summer residence/apartment of the
“Queen of Skelton” for an ‘al fresco’ dining experience as honored guests of
the royal couple, we are looking forward to catching up with Den & Josie as
they are due home before the end of the month, Den is going first to open up
their small winter ‘palace’ in the village of Skelton and then Josie will
arrive back a little later! We will miss them terribly and are already looking
forward to their next visit?! See the pictures above.
