A DRY BUT WINDY SUNNY MANILVA AT THE START OF THE WEEK;

MONDAY 10th/ FEBRUARY 2014.

Well overnight the tail end of the storm sweeping in from the Bay of Cadiz hit us with heavy rain and high winds, 100kms in Cadiz and a mini ‘Tornado’ off the beach down in Sabinillas yesterday afternoon as you can see in the pictures below; the very large rock that came down onto the ‘in-famous’ N376 road down from Ronda to San Pedro was the size of a bus as you can also see!

This morning after our tea, toast and local Honey we are taking things very easy as I prepare myself for the day ahead; I’ve taken the tablets and at lunchtime Brenda will administer the ‘Necessary’ before we head of to the hospital past Marbella later this afternoon, yet another big ‘Thank you’ to Claus for offering to come and pick us up and bring us back.

So ‘Fingers crossed’ and of we go !! Watch this space.

Thought for the Day; See above.
