SUNNY AND A VERY HOT MANILVA ON SUNDAY;

SUNDAY 27^th/ OCTOBER 2013.

We had a little lie in this morning then got our supper on the go; ‘Braised Steak with Onions, Mushrooms and Vegetables’ with Brenda’s famous Mashed Potato, Cabbage with Alsegas and local Carrots mixed with Garden Peas. Some light Tapas to start and for the dessert ‘Crepes’! We are hoping that Tom has a good appetite and is not on any special ‘Pro-Golfer’ foods?! He’s just gone round ‘Sotogrande’in a ‘Cheeky’ 3 under round!!

It was then time to freshen up and for a short walk with dog, the weather today is just un-believable, clear Blue skies, very hot sunshine and just a hint of a breeze coming across from Africa; we stopped at Bar Rojas and at underneath the Sonbrajo for our cool drinks and Paella, its 27/28degs today as forecast!

This morning as we were getting things on the go the ‘Indian Grand Prix’ was on, Vettel won and at the same time won his forth consecutive World Title; This afternoon as we got back to the house it was the end of the ‘MotoGP’ from Japan, Lorenzo won again and is now only 13 points behind Marquez who was second again – this means that the title is going right up to the wire with final race in Valencia in two weeks time! The only thing that is definite is that it will be a Spanish rider who wins the World Title!!

Later this afternoon I will watch the Chelsea v Manchester City game on the large PC upstairs in the office; then after supper we will catch up with news and weather before watching the late film.

Sorry to the 'City Gang' as Torres scores in the last minute to make it Chelsea 2 - City 1 Oh Dear !!
