SUNDAY
8th / JANUARY 2017.
We had a nice lie in this morning after a
good night’s sleep, Brenda’s new inhaler worked, no coughing and her chest was
not as tight, after our normal breakfast we sorted ourselves out for the day
ahead.
I prepared the ‘ Sunday Brunch ‘ English
Pork Sausages & Smoked Back Bacon, Eggs, Plum Tomatoes, Button Mushrooms,
Chorizo, Streaky Spanish Bacon, Heinz
Baked Beans & sauteed sliced Baked Potatoes! Brenda is in charge of the
Fresh Orange Juice & Toast as well as the setting the table. Matt,
Michelle, Hollie & Charlie are joining us at lunchtime.
It’s a rather overcast start to the day, a
little cloudy but only a very light breeze, later the sun is due to break through,
next week is still looking dry & settled, watch this space.
This evening I’m taking the folks across to
the Airport in Gibraltar to catch their flight
home to Manchester and then on to Preston, we have really enjoyed having then all
here in sunny Manilva, it’s made our ‘ Christmas’ – lots of fun, the children
have been very good company, they were very good with all the dogs, Matt &
Michelle are into all the technical Gadjets ( & the kids!) - all very impressive!
We will miss them and are looking forward to seeing them again in the future, lots
of love & kisses xxxx ‘ Aunty ‘ Brenda & ‘Uncle ‘ Malcolm.
