SATURDAY 24th / DECMENBER 2016  “ XMAS EVE “

We all managed a little lie in this morning, ‘ Charlie’ sleeps all night downstairs on the settees before coming up in the morning on to our bed to let you know that it nearly time for him to go out on his first walk of the day!

See the picture below of ‘ Charlie’ relaxing on the settee after his walk & breakfast”

We met the gas bottle delivery man, so we paid him and he exchanged our gas bottle, that we had left outside our front door, when we returned I went down to our butchers to collect the ‘Rib of Sirloin of Beef (3)‘

See below the local fresh ‘Turkey’ – Legs, Thighs & Wings separate, ready to go in the oven later this morning, the ‘Rib of Beef’ will be roasted, to order, on Boxing Day.

We have another clear & crisp day here in sunny Manilva, there is just a little breeze but it's still very mild for the time of the year, tomorrow will be the same and next week is now looking fine & settled.
