Sunday 14th June 2009.
After a little lie in on our last day with Jack and Lyn we had a light breakfast of Scrambled Eggs with Chorizo as we are having our Sunday lunch later in the afternoon, Jack and Lyn went out on the top balcony by their bedroom, as we prepared lunch, and finished their books; we then watched the Motorcycle GP from Barcelona which was very exciting, Rossi won on the very last corner and beat the Spanish favourite,Lorenzo! Today the weather is very overcast and clammy with no breeze so it got a little hot in the kitchen! Brenda had her usual selection of vegetables, Cauliflower in Cheese sauce,Whole Green Beans,Glazed Carrots and Leeks with Smokey Bacon and Chorizo to go with the Roast Chicken and Roast potatoes and served with finger licking gravy ! Joan came down and joined us for our final meal,for now, as we have to be up and out before seven to go to the airport in Malaga in the morning. We have had a lovely time with Jack and Lyn and over the short time that they have been here we have been able to catch up with all their family history and where they all live in Australia. Jack and Lyn we love you very much and wish you a long and happy and healthy life together and to the next time that we will see you !
