First thing in the morning we walked around to the butcher’s and picked up some Pork Cutlets for dinner tonight,I’ve just made a large pan of Ratatouille with the fresh Aubergine’s,Peppers.Courgettes and Onions that our neighbours have given us in the last few days.As we walked under the canopy in the main street, as it is very hot and sunny today,the council workers are putting up under the canopy a water sprinkling system! We presume that as it gets hotter during the day it comes on and helps the crowds during the Wine Festival at the weekend!!Stage One of the Vat is nearly complete as you can see in the picture, stage two will finish off the sides and roof, watch this space!
