THURSDAY 1st/ SEPTEMBER 2011.
We spent the day at home getting ready for our guests and the weekend ahead; In the morning I made a large pan of Chicken Curry to put away and Brenda finished the guest bedroom and dressing room for David and Jane. In the evening I drove across to Marbella Bus station to pick up the folks from Finland, they called us as they caught the bus at Malaga Airport after landing from Helsinki an hour late! We then shot back to Sabinilas along the coast road as the tolls on the motorway during the summer-treble! I dropped Brian,Lilli,Lilli’s dad Pena and his best mate Harri from Helsinki, the champion sky-diver, at the bar where Andy works by the front, Carlos was also there to greet them; I then picked Brenda up from the house and went back down to welcome them and join them for a drink. Later we dropped them at Andy’s house in the village where they are ‘Crashing ’and then back to Carlos’s house on the other side of the village for supper.The picture below shows the gang coming out of the bus station.
