Monday 2nd March.
The weather has still not changed as we shot out down to Tarifa to stock up for the next couple of days; the dogs and cats are all fine and Joan is very comfortable in her flat but we all could do with a little fresh air!In the evening I made a Mushroom sauce to go with our Pork Cutlets and Vegetables and then watched the TV with the dogs on our laps!
Tuesday 3rd March.
This morning it is a lot brighter and clearer and the sun has just come out so we have been out in the grounds and taken some pictures; Chris has just phoned and we have arranged to stay until Saturday as they have more business appointments during the week! Tonight for dinner we are having Cottage Pie,Brenda’s Recipe, with the Mince Beef that we bought for the dogs! It’s all right they are having a Chicken and vegetable dinner as we have run out of supplies until tomorrow!
