A WARM & SUNNY MANILVA ON THURSDAY;

THURSDAY 2nd/ APRIL 2015.

I was up early this morning before sunrise to welcome ‘Reina’ back for the day; we then had a little lie in after yesterday’s excitement. The sun is out and the sky is Blue. as forecast there is a little light breeze that makes it very pleasant as the day goes on, the forecast is holding up for the next few days until Monday when some of the wet stuff could hit us!

After breakfast we decided that it’s going to be a ‘Chef’s Day Off ‘so this evening we are going up to Bar Rojas for a light supper for a change; later its the second procession of the ‘Semana Santa’ week when the ‘Trono - Tableau’ of ‘Jesus Nazareno’ its paraded along Calle Mar and through the village a 11-00pm!

Later in the morning our friend Andy arrived and after a good catch up & gossip, he then sorted out both PCs and fixed all my working problems, he is going to come across to Estepona to the ‘English Computer Shop’ to help me select the new tower, screen etc and then install it all back upstairs in the office; when that is finished he’s going to clean up one of the old PCs and connect it to our new large screen TV in the lounge next to were I sit so as we will be able to watch the live football’ and ‘BBC TV & ITV’ when we want to along together with  the latest films!

Finally he put together our posh new ‘Exercise Bicycle’ which we are going to start using on a regular basis, it’s in the ‘Chill - Out’ room as you can see in the picture below;

Brenda took ‘Reina’ out for her walk and a little later she collected ‘Chispa’ and brought up to the house to play around with her friend, she’s not let out at the moment as its that time of year when all the local wild dogs come calling!

Today the Bank’s, shops and the Town Hall are closed until Monday, at least, for the long Bank Holiday weekend ahead when all of Spain goes mad! What’s new?! We will be joining in as well as you can’t miss a good party. Watch this space.

It could be time for;
