We were up
as normal this morning and had our usual breakfast to start the day and the
week; overnight little princess ‘Reina’ has slept in her duvet and under ours
for a while! This morning its sharp, at the moment, but will no doubt warm up a
bit later when the sun takes effect, hopefully the week will be a little warmer
than last week, we will find out this afternoon on the first main weather
forecast as over the weekend they only show the following day.
Later this
morning we will go for a long walk with ‘Reina’ and ‘Chispa’down to the sports
complex next to the Congress Centre as it’s the nearest place with some open
grass as ‘Reina’ only likes to ‘perform’ her no 1s & 2s on the real stuff!
After
publishing the Blog I’m making a fresh batch on Tomato Salsa and also getting
ready this evenings ‘Mixed Grill’ we have Steak, Liver, Lamb Cutlet, Sausage,
Smoked Bacon,Tomato,Mushrooms & Chorizo! We have raided the deep freeze and
are using up the leftovers!!
One change
in ‘Doggy World Heaven’ this week is that ‘Scruffy is now with us on Saturday
& Sunday for the day as Adrian & Rose’s shifts have changed, otherwise
its normal after today as ‘Reina’ is here until later tonight and then back on
Tuesday & Thursday as normal.
Last night
after supper we found a good film to watch which co-written, directed and
starred Ben Affleck “The Town” from 2010 – based in Boston, in a run down area,
it’s a cop and robbers drama with twists; also starring Rebecca Hail, Jon
Hamm,Jeramy Renner and Pete Postelthwaite as an Irish ‘Gangster’ Florist!
