A VERY SUNNY & WARM SUNNY MANILVA ON THURSDAY;

THURSDAY 12^th/ MARCH 2015.

I was up first thing this morning to welcome ‘Reina’ back for the day, we then all had a nice surprise lie in as the workmen have not shown up today?! The sun is out and today is going to be the best day so far this year with the temperatures reaching 25degs! Over the next few days and into the start of next week its more of the same if a little cooler as a cold front comes in from across the Atlantic, but none of the wet stuff in sight.

After breakfast we freshened ourselves up and sorted ourselves out for the day ahead, no plans just relaxing and taking things easy, as usual! It’s a hard life but somebody has to do it, after all the hard work all our lives we are now very happy doing nothing!!

For our supper this evening we are having a find something in the fridge ‘fry up’ of leftover from yesterdays Casserole; tomorrow morning we are out for our weekly shopping including going along to Sotogrande to ‘Iceland’

At lunchtime Mano & Anna called in for a good catch up chat and gossip, we then went for a short walk with ‘Reina’ & Chispa’ along Calle Mar.

Last evening after supper we channel hopped after catching the news and later on I watched the high lights of the ‘Champions League’ as Bayern Munich beat a Russian team 7-0 and Chelsea crashed out to PSG on aggregate goals,Mr. Mourinho was not a happy man!

This afternoon I will hopefully be watching again the racing from ‘Cheltenham Festival’

I'm watching another terrific days racing and the emotion as the soon to be Champion Jockey for the 20th year 'AP Mcoy' ( Tony) has just won leading all the way from the front on in what is his last 'Festival' meeting as he retires in 6 weeks time!

PS; Earlier this evening we had a nice,unexpected surprise, when a new Fridge/Freezer' arrived and was duly installed,they took the old one away ( over 50 years old )! We are just about to re-negotiate a new contract on the house, which happens every year after 11 months with one months grace ( The Spanish system )! We had indicated that we needed to review/ up-date all the 'White Goods' So this has come as a nice early 'Bonus' See the picture below,the Grey fridge is our's and comes from the 'Winnebago' Its very important as its were we chill all the Cava,Wine & Beer!!
