I was up early this morning and after a quick
freshen up I shot off across to the ‘Estepona Hospital’ for my second appointment
this week at the Physiotherapy Department’ – I spotted a parking space straight
away so I was able to have my tostado & tea in ‘Tikitapi’ before strolling
across to the Hospital. More extensive treatment on my left-hand followed, with
a slight improvement on my two main fingers, watch this space.
As I set off along the coast road it was a
little grey & overcast, but the sun was breaking through over the
Mediterranean, by the time I returned the clouds had cleared and the sky was
blue, with just a slight breeze blowing, at the moment on the two main
forecasts it’s showing no rain, over the next few days, hovering on the 17/19
degs mark, as the new ‘ Atlantic’ front takes hold the wind is getting strong
& gusty, bringing with it a lot of the ‘ wet-stuff’ and thunder &
lightening at the start of next week, with patchy clouds and not much sunshine,
staying in the high ‘ teens’ for now, watch this space.
For our supper this evening we are having ‘
Grilled Gammon Steaks’ topped with seared Pineapple Rings & ‘ Campo’ Fried
Eggs! Served with Garden Peas and twice-cooked ‘ Chips’ Tomorrow it’s going to
be a special ‘ Mixed Grill ‘ platter, watch this space.
We are waiting for help to reinstall the ‘IPTV’
system, Iv’e asked Lee for his help again, so at the moment we are back on
Spanish terrestrial TV!
Thoughts for the Day; See above.
