No lie in this morning as ‘Reina’ was being
dropped off first thing, ‘ Charlie & Scruffy ‘ have both slept very well, ‘Charlie’
on ‘ Reina’s’ duvet and ‘ Scruffy’ in his executive bed, all three ended up on
the bed with Brenda later!!! We took ‘ Charlie & Scruffy’ out for their walks
and when we got back we had breakfast.
It’s another dry & settled day down
here on the ‘ Costa Del Sol ‘ – the sun is out, the sky is blue and there is
just a little breeze, by lunchtime it’s due to reach the heady heights of 20
degs! The rest of the week and into the weekend is staying the same, even
getting a little warmer, watch this space
.
For our supper this evening we are now
having ‘ Roast Leg of New Zealand Lamb ‘ with a fry-up of the leftover
vegetables and the rest of the ‘ Boulangere’ Potatoes, on Wednesday evening it’s
going to be ‘Grilled Gammon Steaks ‘ topped with Fried Eggs ( Still not ‘ Campo’!)
with Garden Peas and twice-cooked ‘ Frits’ Thursday & Friday is still ‘TBC’
after we find out about what the folks are up too, ‘ Beef & Mushroom
Casserole and Burgers’ for the children, are on the menu, watch this space.
Just a quick sports results update; Everton
won 3-0, Manchester City won 2-1 but Liverpool could only manage a 2-2 draw.
We are taking things easy today, Brenda is
catching up with the chores including the washing and I’m up in the
office/studio on the ‘ WWW’ – one of my resolutions for 2017 to get my radio
show back ‘ On-Air’ on ‘ Castle Radio FM 89.2 & Online on the Web ‘ “ Sir Malcolm’s
Classic Saturday Session ‘ – watch this space - possible by the end of the month, if all goes to plan!!
See below some pictures of Liverpool taken
over the last few days, showing the City at its best, St George’s Hall, William
Brown Street, the ‘ Three Sisters ‘ & Albert Docks – all looking spectacular.
Thoughts for the Day; See above.
