SUNDAY 26th/

After a
nice lie in this morning and our tea and toast we sorted ourselves out for the
day; we have got ready tonight’s supper and for a change from our usual
‘Paella’ lunch up at Bar Rojas we are going to have pan-fried Chicken wings, we
get them from our butcher who saves them off all the fresh Chickens, he trims
them and cuts them in half, they are dead cheap and delicious! We are having
them with a Tomato salad and on the side my Tomato salsa dipping sauce!! Finger
licking Good!!
The
pictures above show the ‘ Corruco Fun Run Race’ down in Sabinillas yesterday
evening in aid of a ‘Organ Donation Charity’ – this morning the other pictures
came in from the ‘Zoo Negara’ over in Kuala Lumpur earlier today taken by
Annette, Jeff’s wife with her ‘Super’ camera!
This
afternoon it’s a sports extravaganza; Football,Cricket,Grand Prix,Motor GP and
the second stage of the ‘Vuelta 2013’ which is from Pontevedra/Baiona which is
on the estuary of the River Lerez in the ‘Rias Baixas’ region of Galicia to the
‘Do Monte Alto Da Groba’ over 178kms!

The winner of today's stage was the Irish rider Nicolas Roche,nephew of the legendary Stephen Roche - the Red jersey is taken by Nibali !
Down at the Oval in London England were all out for 377,115 behind Australia who are batting now, they declared at 111-6 leaving England to score 227 runs in 44 overs to win! Bad light stopped play with England needing 21 runs of the last four overs!!Meanwhile at Spa, Vettel drove away at the start and won,Hamilton could only manage 3rd! In the Motor GP Marc Marquez had his 4th straight win!
Later this afternoon Manchester City played down in Cardiff,back in the Premier League for the first time in nearly 51 years! Final score - Cardiff 3 Manchester City 2 - a spectacular win for the 'Blues (Reds)' !! Oh dear our guest this evening for supper Mano will not be a very happy Bunny !!

Tonight
Mano is joining us for our ‘Steak Supper Special’ Barcelona beat Malaga 0-1 with Messi not playing as he is injured.
