I was up early this morning to welcome
little princess ‘ Reina’ back with us here in ‘ Doggy World Heaven’- she’s here
every day this week up to Friday, she shot upstairs into her duvet, ‘ Pax’
stayed on his bed and I shot back under the covers for a little sleep in, we
then took ‘ Pax’ out for his first walk of the day down to the bottom of the
village, if its fine tomorrow we are going for a longer walk up around the
sports ground, when we came back we had our regular breakfast.
I then made a large pan of my famous ‘
Minestrone Soup’ – I think I’ve broken my record of vegetables etc – Onions,
Garlic, Carrots, Turnips, Celery, Leeks, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage,
Courgette, Green & Yellow Peppers, Green Beans, White Beans, Potato & Acelgas,
all diced or shredded, with Lentils, Pasta Tubes & Spaghetti, all cooked in
my Tomato Salsa & Vegetable Stock, Tomato Frito, Mixed Herbs & the
secret ingredients, lots of seasoning to taste! The aromas are wafting around
the house and up the street!!
Tonight we are having the rest of the Roast
Chicken, cold with a Baked Potato and a nice Mixed Salad, we are at the moment
discussing the menus for the week ahead, watch this space.
We have another warm & sunny day ahead,
the sly is clear and there is no breeze, its exceptionally mild for the time of
the year, we will find out the forecast for the rest of the week and the
weekend on the main ‘TVE1’ News at 4-00 pm, See below;
See the picture below of this morning’s sunrise over the beach down in Sabinillas.

over Liverpool, looking along the River Mersey out to the Irish Sea, last
night.
This evening we are watching the Liverpool
v Manchester Utd game at Anfield, live
via ‘ First Row Sports’ – the Manchester team stayed at The ‘Titanic Hotel’ down on the dock front, last night!
Sadly the match was boring and ended up a 0-0 draw, the Manchester Utd goalkeeper saved two goals!

Last night we channel hopped before
watching the next episode of ‘ Poldark’ – smugglers at sea, betrayal, broken
promises, the bad guy getting even nastier, money problems, no Tin/ Copper in
the mine, the ‘ Red Jackets’ chasing but not finding ‘ Captain Poldark’ – it’s all
happening down in Cornwall!
Thoughts for the Day; See above.
