SUNNY MANILVA AND GIBRALTAR TODAY

WEDNESDAY 19th/ JUNE 2013.

The forecast for the rest of the week into the weekend is sun and more sun, getting hotter everyday; this morning after breakfast I prepared tonight’s ‘Welcome Buffet’ – York and Iberian Ham with Ogen Melon slices, local Chorizo, semi-Curado cheese, sliced marinated English Sausage, Pea Frittata, Ensalillda Ruse, Chicken Wings with homemade BBQ sauce, local Beef Tomato salad and anything else that pops up in the fridge! See the picture above later.

I then went down to Sabinillas to go to the bank, top the Toyota up with Diesel and pick up some Roses for Brenda ( 7 not 70 ! ) I then called back at the house, see the picture of car above and pick Brenda and Chispa up to go around to the apartment at Manilva Green to put in the ‘Welcome Packs’ and a fresh plant;

We are then taking things easy and freshening ourselves up this afternoon before we head over to Gibraltar this evening to pick up the folks, drop their things off at the apartment and come back to the house for our first ‘Kir Royal’ of the week!

As you can see above the folks arrived safe and sound at Gibraltar this evening; they have settled into their apartment and then I brought back them to our house for supper were a jolly time was had by all!

Thought for the Week; See above.
