MANILVA THIS LUNCHTIME

                                  HOMEMADE MINESTRONE SOUP;

The picture above shows my Minestrone Soup served in our ' Paul Bocuse ' bowls; they were first used in 1975 at the 'Palais l'Elysee ' when he designed them to serve his famous " Soupe Aux Truffles V.G.E. " The Consomme also had Gold Leaf in it and was topped with a Puff Pastry lid ! We bought them when we went to dine at his restaurant in Lyon, the high spot of the meal was the ' Sea Bass baked in a Sea Salt crust !! Both recipes appeared on the menu at the Hotel Seventy Degrees at a later date.
