MANILVA " FERIA QUEEN'S " PARADE FRIDAY.

FRIDAY 10TH AUGUST 2012.


This evening it was the street parade along Calle Mar and through the village of the “ Feria Queen’s ” with all the children as you can see in the pictures above; this year it was bigger than ever with more floats,dancers,new cartoon characters and more confetti ! We were sat outside Bar Rojas for our supper so we had a grandstand seats as the village celebrated the coronation of the Queen’s, everybody gets dressed up in their finest Flamenco costumes, from the very young to the very old !This year the parade was led by the new train which is being used along the promenade on Sabinillas sea front; all the bars do a roaring business as all the families take in the cooler evening air.
