COUNTDOWN TO FUN ;

Day 10 and counting down ; this morning the security staff have checked out all the Bars and Restaurants down in Sabinillas - and warned them ! Staff interviews are still ongoing - somebody has to do it ! Meanwhile in the kitchens the catering staff under the supervision of the ' Chef De Cuisine 'are working on the basic stocks and sauces.
