The picture below when you click on it to enlarge shows the “ Queen Victoria ” passing through the Strait in a heat haze at 7-30pm this evening; Cunard’s newest liner came in to use in 2007,she is 90-000tons,has 12 decks, over 2000 passengers and 900 crew and was on her way to Southampton after a Mediterranean cruise, the live web cam from the front of the ship shows you the view of the Strait with Africa on the left and Spain on the right.
