The latest picture ,just taken by Brenda,shows the P&O VENTURA which is the largest in the fleet,it was named by Dame Helen Mirren in 2008 and weighs 116000 tons,has15 decks,3600 passengers and 1250 crew.It is coming down from Barcelona on its way to Southampton,at 22knts! Last night the Pacific Dream from the Pulmantur Cruise Co. passed at the same time,but in a heavy sea mist.It seems that they plan to go through the Strait at this time as the views of Africa and Spain along with the Rock of Gibraltar are at their best ! Watch this space for more passing liners,my friend Tim says that we have nothing better to do with our time,TRUE!
