This morning we had a little lie in and then got the Sunday Roast on the go; Mano and Anna are coming around this evening to join us and at the same time catch up with all the news and gossip. Brenda has gone mad on the vegetables,Cauilflower,Broccoli and Leeks in Cheese sauce, Glazed Carrot Batons, Cabbage with Alcelgas,Garden Peas, Minted New Potatoes and my famous Crispy Roast Potatoes all to go with the Roast Chicken and Sage and Onion Stuffing and of course Finger licking Gravy ! We then got ourselves smartened up and went up to Bar Rojas for a Tapas lunch; I had the Meat in a rich Tomato sauce and Brenda had the Baby Black Pudding Sausages in a tasty Herb sauce; The weather today is gorgeous as you can see in the pictures below of the Ferrari Owners Club of Andalucia Rally that came into the village at lunchtime, the Acting Mayor, Antonia, and Councilors welcomed the President,Toni Dalli into the village, later they were having a civic lunch down in Puerto de la Duquesa.
It was a fine collection of mostly the latest models but they all looked and sounded great ! Brenda managed to get herself into one outside Bar Rojas !
