Tuesday 6th.January.
Well it’s a good news day,for the moment at least! We have just had a visit from the owner and her family with her Husband,her Son the Lawyer,his Wife also a Lawyer and translater,her Sister,who is our next door neighbour and another neighbour to tell us that they have excepted our offer and we will sign the contracts by the end of the week for another eleven months! They all came in the house and wished us a happy “ Reyes” day at the same time!
